Dror Feiler + Nosiempre (Constanza Pellicci-Ignacio Roulet) & Elsa Bergman!

Nosiempre is not always a duo, not always a trio. Constanza Pellicci (voice and performance) and Ignacio Roulet (saxophone) will this time be joined by Elsa Bergman (double bass).

Dror Feiler will play a solo with metal bass clarinets and electronics.

Constanza Pellicci

Voice performance artist. In her artistic practice, explores the voice through improvisation, movement, and writing, forming an interdisciplinary field of research. She approaches the voice as a phenomenon of emotional, relational, erotic and mysterious potential, a space where singular and non-normative expressions can emerge. Improvisation and movement allow her to explore the body’s resonance within the space and with others, while writing and teaching are ways to reflect, transmit, and generate new questions. At the core of her work is a desire to create fragile and vibrant spaces where the strange, the intimate, the sensual, and the unfamiliar can resonate, composing relationships through sound, where other ways of being, listening and relating can emerge.

Ignacio Roulet

Saxophone player and albokari from Argentina, based in Stockholm. Working mainly in the fields of improvised and experimental music.

Elsa Bergman

Double bass player and composer in improvised music and free jazz. Based in Stockholm.

Dror Feiler

A solo for reeds and electronics in which the instruments become extensions of the body, of breath, resistance, and physical exertion. Noise, feedback, and fractured melodies collide within a parallel sonic space where acoustic and electronic sounds merge, resist, and transform one another. Each sound can fracture, expand, and return in altered form, creating music balanced between fragility and intensity.

Five decades with the big clarinets.

A long love affair with the deep voices of the clarinet family: bass clarinet, contra-alto clarinet, contrabass clarinet. Instruments that seem to rise from underground, from the earth itself.

They breathe, growl, whisper, scream, and sing.

Their sound carries tenderness and brutality at the same time: fragile breath that can suddenly erupt like a siren, like a machine.

For more than fifty years these instruments have accompanied me on stages, in concert halls, and galleries.
